The Friends of the Bellevue Public Library provide new ideas and advocate for the library and its services. The Friends group fulfills special needs of the library which are NOT funded by the city. Over the years, the Friends have supported many library programs and events, including the adult library program, partnership passes to community attractions, sponsorship of guest speakers, homebound delivery services, Sunday staffing for the bookstore, and the purchase of book club kits. We can continue to provide this support and so much more with your help.

It's been said that public libraries are the "Great Equalizer."  Books open minds and enhance lives.
